S.O.L.F.A. Sound Therapy is a fascinating modality that can be integrated with almost any other therapy. We have used it with such therapies as Reiki, reflexology, acupressure, polarity, crystal, color, and massage. It also stands alone as a very powerful relaxation technique. A major factor in maintaining a healthy body, both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually is the ability to relax. Stress, be it physical or nonphysical is the precursor to dis-ease.
